About High 5 Tires Inc
Located at 820 S Central Expy, Richardson, TX 75080, High 5 Tires Inc operates as an used tire shop serving Richardson in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement. Wheel and rim shops repair bent or curb-scraped wheels, refinish them and sell aftermarket sets. Seasonal demand peaks before winter in the northern states and before summer road trips everywhere.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–7 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (972) 638-9595. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 934 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded used tire shops in Richardson.
Richardson is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Traffic in Richardson peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Great service! There was a bit of a line but once they got to me, they removed the nail in my tire, plugged it, and filled the air in under 3 minutes, all for $8! Definitely left a tip and I'll be back the next time a nail seeks out my tires.

I had a nail in my tire. Discount Tire said there was no way they could patch it and I was looking at $85-125 for a new tire. I pulled up at High 5 and was greeted instantly and with a smile was told we can fix it. Within 15 minutes the nail was out and tire patched and back on my car. And get this.. Charged under $20. These guys are quick and professional dont be scared off by the outside appearance of the shop it may be old, but these guys are great.

I had a disappointing experience. I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and was refused service due to my car allegedly being ‘too loud.’ However, my vehicle is stock with a cosmetic exhaust modification that is compliant with Texas regulations. No proper inspection was conducted only a quick no, which was unprofessional. I would recommend going across the street to “Spring Valley Muffler” , if you’re looking for better customer service.

While traveling, we managed to pick up a piece of metal on one of our tires. The indicator light showed low tire pressure. It was a Sunday, just after 3pm. We had the good fortune of finding this place nearby and open until 5pm. A crew met us as we pulled into the parking lot and quickly assessed the issue. The flat was fixed expediently and at a fair price. So thankful for businesses that still offer good service at a reasonable price.
